Is this an authentic product?
All products in our store are genuine.
What is a product condition rank?
At our store, we rank the condition of our products based on the following criteria.
Rank situation
Used S Unopened outer box, no damage (like new)
Used A Unopened outer box, some damage (mint condition).
Used B Outer box opened, but undamaged; figure itself is in excellent condition.
Used C The outer box is not included. While the box may have been opened and damaged, the figure itself is in very good condition.
Can I reserve an item?

Is there a possibility that we will run out of stock?
Because our products are sold simultaneously on multiple online stores, there is a possibility that an item may be out of stock when you place your order.
Do you buy used items?
Within Japan, we offer in-store, mail-in, and on-site appraisal and purchase services.

About ordering and payment

What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is it possible to cancel an order after it has been placed?
We cannot accept cancellations after your order has been confirmed.

About delivery

How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is a flat rate of 550 yen (tax included) within Japan.
When will it be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 7 days of order confirmation.
*Excluding major holidays such as New Year's, Obon, and Golden Week.
How long does it take from shipping to arrival?
[Domestic Shipping within Japan] Delivery time varies depending on the destination, but it will take approximately 1-3 days after dispatch.
Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may take several days.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
Tracking numbers will be provided in the email sent upon completion of dispatch, only for items that are trackable.
Can you ship outside of Japan?
We do not offer direct international shipping.
Customers outside of Japan can only purchase and have items shipped internationally through the following forwarding/proxy service

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return it?
We do not accept returns except in cases where you receive a different product than the one you ordered or the product is defective.

What if it was damaged during delivery?
Please contact us with photos within 7 days of receiving the item.
After checking the condition, we will consider a refund or replacement.
What if there is a defect upon arrival?
If there are any defects not mentioned in the product description, we will accept returns and issue refunds.
Can I return the item if it's not what I expected?
Due to the nature of used goods, we generally do not accept returns for reasons other than product defects.
