Return Period
Returns are accepted only within 7 days of product arrival, and only if the product meets our specified conditions.
Return Conditions
The item must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for return
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received
- The item must be unused and unworn
- All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase history or other documentation must be available
Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept returns due to customer reasons (incorrect order, incorrect model, difference in image, etc.)

Regarding defective products and incorrect items
If your product is defective, damaged, missing parts, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

- Fresh produce such as food, flowers, and plants
- Customized, made-to-order, and personalized items
- Hygiene products (beauty products, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases

About exchange
We do not offer exchanges
If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order after your return has been approved
About refunds
Once the returned item arrives at our company and has been inspected, we will contact you regarding the refund
If the refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
*Depending on the processing status of your financial institution or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to actually be processed
